1. The "Pebble" Relationship: Moche is an AI companion prototype designed for personal use. By using Moche, you agree to treat the device with care and use the AI features responsibly.
2. AI Intelligence: Moche uses the Gemini API to process information. While we strive for accuracy, Moche is an AI and may occasionally provide incorrect or "hallucinated" information.
3. Prototype Status: This is a V1 prototype. You acknowledge that features (like "Silent Talk" or 4G) may be added or changed, and the hardware is used at your own risk.
4. No Illegal Acts: Do not use Moche to record people without their consent or for any illegal surveillance.

Simple and Transparent
What We See & Hear: When you press the button, Moche captures audio or a photo. This data is sent to Google's Gemini API so Moche can "understand" and respond to you.
Data Storage: We do not sell your "Memories." Images and voice clips are used only to provide the AI service.
Your Control: You have the right to request the deletion of your interaction history at any time through the Moche Hub.
Third Parties: We only share data with necessary AI service providers (like Google) to make the device work. We don't share your data with advertisers.
